Returns & Refunds
•Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
•Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
•Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days.

•স্কিনকেয়ার পণ্যের প্রকৃতির কারণে, শুধুমাত্র ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ভুল পণ্য পাওয়া গেলে রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য।
•পণ্যের সমস্যা থাকলে অবশ্যই ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে।
•রিফান্ড প্রয়োজন হলে তা ৫-৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে।
